L.J. Holdsworth joinery is an established joinery business run by Lenny Holdsworth, who began his professional joinery career in 2003.

Lenny has been working with happy customers for many years, to help them achieve their specific design requirements, which are not available ‘off the shelf’. Hand crafted furniture ideal in any room or garden; kitchens, bedrooms, boot rooms, storage solutions, gates, windows, architectural mouldings and more.  Lenny takes time to understand your specific requirements, and produces detailed plans tailored to you. No job is too small or too extravagant, and Lenny has experience of working on complete property fit outs to one off bespoke pieces of furniture.

Lenny’s business stems from customers who come to him because they have a specific idea of what they want, but can’t find it in the shops. Lenny will come to your home or site for a free, no obligation consultation,  helping you to create your ideal outcome, and will recognise space you never knew you had.  He is experienced and comfortable working with a huge variety of different timber, from MDF to Oak.  Once you have seen his design drawings and agreed the layout and budget, his skill and attention to detail will produce furniture and other joinery of the highest quality.   All of the timber and products that Lenny uses are from sustainable, renewable sources.

Production

Lenny will help advise on what finish will work best for your particular design, and this will be hand applied using only the best stains, oils, lacquer and paints from highly regarded suppliers to ensure a surface of exquisite quality.

Installation

All bespoke furniture items or custom joinery is installed by Lenny himself, to ensure that everything is installed as agreed, and to the highest of standards. The installation process is completed in a way to ensure the minimum of fuss and disruption to you, the client, with no mess left behind afterwards.
